Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Medisuperior subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Use.
02Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you can evaluate the Service before paying. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can stop at any time before it ends without any fee.
03Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew afterwards. We do not automatically pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a paid period unless required by law or stated below.
04Onboarding fee
The one-time onboarding fee covers setup, data migration and staff training. Once onboarding work has begun, this fee is non-refundable, as it reflects services already delivered.
05Refund eligibility
If you believe you were charged in error, or you experience a significant Service issue we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, contact us at lokeshkachchhawa@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. We review such requests in good faith and, where a refund is warranted, process it to the original payment method.
06How to request
To cancel or request a refund, email lokeshkachchhawa@gmail.com or call +91 97942 84884 with your account details. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect them.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always applies to new charges from its effective date.
